Artist's Comments

Based off of the PlasterLump Buddy, and taking it in the 'Monster in My Closet' direction. The single eye in the sunken socket also 'follows' you.

Sadly, this guy suffered some misfortune before I could get a larger shot of him. The clear-coat refused to cure and therefore everything was sticking to it and the paint was sloughing off when I tried to dust him off. Fortunately I remember how it was made and saved the wood it had been mounted onto. Expect another version sometime this year.

DD 10-13-09: WUTIDON'TEVEN- It's so surreal to log on and find literally a thousand faves, comments, etc. All I have to say to that is "D'awww, oh you guys." C:,

I really like the design and style of The Boogieman Cometh by ~DasJabberwock which enables it to cling to a door handle as though looking around the corner. The larger blank eyes don't make it look malevolent or evil, more simply curious as to what is going on around it. (Suggested by =MaliceTear and Featured by ^Thebuild)

Two type sof special paint.
One is designed to repel the other, forming the crackled effect similar to the one seen on Buddy.

Yeah, not too terrifying when they're smaller than the doorknob, but the next one is going to be a little bulkier now that I have lighter-weight materials for it.

That's damn F#&kin awesome! if there was only a way to put LED eyes into it that'd be sick. The colors on it are great btw.
